§ 1Organizer

The competition is organized by ALTAIR LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113, USA, which operates the ALTAIR online shop at altairluggage.com (“Organizer”). Contact: contact@altairluggage.com.

The organizer provides the prize himself and purchases it at his own expense. The organizer carries out the competition alone: ​​the entries, the drawing and contact with the winner.

§ 2Promotion period

The competition begins on September 25th, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on October 25th, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Berlin time. Daylight saving time ends on October 25, 2026. The competition therefore ends at 11:59 p.m. winter time (CET).

The only decisive factor is the time at which the order is recorded in the shop's system. The drawing will take place on October 26, 2026.

§ 3Eligibility

Any natural person aged 18 or over, regardless of their country of residence, is eligible to participate, with the exception of persons residing in Italy who have placed an order in accordance with the conditions of § 4.

Employees and contributors of the organizer who worked on this competition, as well as their family members who live in the same household with them, are excluded. Purchases from businesses who resell the cases are also excluded.

The organizer may require the winner to provide proof of their age and address.

§ 4Participation and calculation of lots

To participate, purchase at least one ALTAIR suitcase (Altair aluminum suitcase, all sizes) on altairluggage.com during the promotional period. There is nothing else to do: participation takes place automatically as soon as the order is paid. An order with accessories without a case does not result in any lots.

Every euro paid results in 2 tickets. What counts is the amount actually paid for the order after deducting discounts and voucher codes, including accessories. Cent amounts are not taken into account.

If a customer places multiple orders, their lots are added together. Participation costs nothing beyond the price of the order: the prices of the suitcases have not been increased for this competition.

Every customer can contact@altairluggage.com ask how many tickets he has.

§ 5profit

There is a single winner. He wins 2 business class tickets (one-way, one-way) with Qatar Airways, for himself and one person of his choice. The winner chooses the departure airport and destination from the flights offered by Qatar Airways. Total value: €2,660, including taxes and airport fees.

Both tickets are valid for the same flight. If the selected tickets cost a total of more than €2,660, the winner pays the difference or chooses a different route. If they cost less, the difference is not paid out. Not included are: the return flight, travel to the airport, hotel, travel insurance, visas and personal expenses.

The organizer books and pays for the tickets in the name of the winner and their accompanying person. The tickets are personal. The winner must request their booking by January 31, 2027 and travel by June 30, 2027, subject to availability and Qatar Airways conditions. A cash payment of the winnings is not possible.

The images used to advertise the competition are for illustration purposes. If the prize is no longer available for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, it will be replaced by a prize of equal or greater value.

§ 6Drawing

The drawing will take place on October 26, 2026 under the supervision of SCP François Ardaillou, Commissaire de justice (Bailiff), 10 rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, 75011 Paris, France. Every ticket has exactly the same chance. The more tickets a customer has, the higher their chance of winning. The chance of winning depends on the total number of tickets.

1. The organizer creates a list from Shopify of all valid orders from September 25th to October 25th, 2026. Each order receives a consecutive series of lot numbers. Example: Order A, lots 1 to 698; Order B, lots 699 to 1,736.
2. The Commissaire de Justice receives this list before the drawing.
3. A number between 1 and the total number of tickets will be drawn at random, using a tool chosen by the Commissaire de Justice. The order containing this number wins.
4. Three replacement winners will then be drawn from the remaining customers in a fixed order. They come into play if the winner cannot receive the prize.
5. The Commissaire de Justice draws up a protocol of the drawing.

The drawing can be filmed and posted on Instagram. Only the winning ticket number and a partially obscured order number are shown.

§ 7Winner

The winner will be notified by email to the address provided when ordering no later than October 28, 2026. He has 14 days to respond and provide his full name as in his passport, the name of his companion and proof of age.

If he does not respond within this period or does not meet the conditions of these terms and conditions, the prize will go to the first replacement winner and then to the next.

The tickets will be handed over to the winning order after the cancellation period has expired. Before handover, the organizer checks that this order has been paid for and has not been canceled, refunded or disputed with the bank.

The winner's name will only be published with his consent (first name, first letter of last name, city). Otherwise, the organizer will only name the winner's country.

§ 8Cancellation, revocation, return, chargeback

The lots are tied to the order from which they come.

• If an order is canceled, revoked or fully refunded prior to the drawing, its tickets will be removed.
• If an order is partially refunded before the drawing, the number of tickets will be reduced in the same proportion.
• If a chargeback is initiated for an order before the prize is handed over (credit card, PayPal, Klarna), the tickets from this order will be removed.
• If the winning order is canceled or fully refunded before the prize is handed over, the prize will go to the first replacement winner.

The 14-day right of withdrawal and the 100-day return guarantee remain in effect. Your exercise will only remove the lots of the order in question.

§ 9Data protection

For the competition, the organizer only uses the order data: name, email address, address and amount paid. This data is used to carry out the competition (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR). Registration for the newsletter is not necessary to participate.

The details of the winner and their companion will be transmitted to the airline and, if applicable, to the travel agency issuing the tickets, solely for the purpose of issuing the tickets. The competition data will be deleted no later than 6 months after the prize has been handed over, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

§ 10Instagram

The competition will be held on the Instagram account @altair.suitcases announced. There is nothing to do on Instagram to participate: no like, no comment, no subscription.

This competition is neither sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram and is not affiliated with Instagram. By participating, each participant releases Instagram from any liability in connection with the competition.

§ 11Liability, modification, cancellation

The organizer can only change or cancel the competition for important reasons: fraud, technical malfunction, decision of an authority. A change can never revoke lots already received. Any changes will be published on the competition page and filed with the Commissaire de Justice.

Anyone who manipulates will be excluded from the competition. Examples: incorrect orders, multiple identities, orders placed and then canceled to keep the lots.

The organizer is not liable for delays or cancellations of flights by Qatar Airways. He remains liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health.

The result of the drawing is final and cannot be challenged in court.

§ 12Deposit with the Commissaire de Justice

These conditions of participation are deposited with the SCP François Ardaillou, Commissaire de justice, 10 rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, 75011 Paris, France, in German and French. Both versions have the same content.
